Take a wide step and turn your feet outwards.
Bend your knees, making sure they're directly above your ankles.
Now squeeze your abs and lower your butt as far you can.
Place your hands in prayer position across your chest.
Hold for one minute.
Bronzed goddess
Nothing makes you feel better than a little splash of brown on your skin. Avoid the wrinkle-inducing, sunburn-causing methods of yore and head straight to the pot. A gradual self-tan will give you a gorgeous bronzed look that you can build up as summer progresses.
Arm-y style
Worried about unveiling bingo arms from under your cardigan? Take light weights with you when you run you'll barely notice the arm action (after all, they'll swing naturally) over the pain your legs are causing you, but will see the difference.
Tone your tummy!
Grab an exercise ball and lie with your tummy on it.
Place your palms on the floor in front of you. Extend your legs with your feet against the floor.
Lift your legs until they are in line with your hips, keeping your palms on the ground for stability.
Flex your feet and stretch back through your heels. Hold for ten seconds.
Without lowering your legs, spread them to form a wide angle, continuing to stretch strongly back through your heels.
Hold for ten seconds.
Moral fibre
If you want to feel good about your outsides, you've got to take care of your insides! Fibre is honestly one of nature's wonder foods and, if you swap your bowl of cornflakes for a bowl of bran and berries (or whatever floats your boat), you'll feel fuller for longer, and you'll be more, er, regular. All whilst flushing out your insides!

How many girls do you stare at and judge at the beach? What? None? Really?And what makes you think that people are staring and judging you? Just go for a swim, no one's gonna notice if your ass isn't taut, toned perfection. Especially not if you're strutting like you own the joint.
