Dodgy photographs on Facebook will not keep New Zealand’s Next Top Model contender Rosanagh Wypych from appearing in tomorrow night’s final, screening live from Fashion Week.
MediaWorks publicity manager Rachel Lorimer said last night that TV3 had "reviewed Rosanagh's role in the show" and were happy for her to take part.
The 17-year-old Hawkes Bay model has been under media scrutiny after posting pictures online of alcohol and drug use.
Some of the Facebook pictures show Rosanagh with friends who were drinking alcohol, while one photo shows her looking on while another girl holds what appears to be cannabis.
"One of the qualities of a good role model is the ability to face up to past mistakes and admit when you are wrong. Rosanagh has more than done that," Ms Lorimar said.
Rosanagh came under fire earlier in the competition for not disclosing convictions for driving while disqualified and giving false details to police.
The final of the series will screen on TV3 at 7.30pm on Friday.
