A new survey of bosses in the UK has found you may want to save that smoky-eye for the weekend.
More than a third of bosses, both male and female, said some of their staff wear too much make-up to work, according to the poll by officebroker.com.
Bright red lips, overdone eyes and too much blush were the biggest make-up culprits, the survey found.
Not the classic red lip, surely?!
But wait! Thankfully the bosses surveyed don't expect you to come to work totally bare-faced.
Nearly all said wearing a small amount of make-up was acceptable.
"The common theme was that less really was more when it came to professional appearance," a spokesperson for the website said.
