It's battle of the bikini time for Jennifer Hawkins' after her newly launched bikini brand, Cozi, hit a snag over its name.

Jen has been accused of ripping off the name by the owner of men's swimwear line, Caussie, which is sold on eBay.

Kevin Stapley is claiming that Jen's brand name is too similar to his own and has lodged an objection with IP Australia, who grant the rights to trademarks in Australia.

He lodged the objection back in February and Jen's lawyers have since submitted evidence in response, which will be heard in a tribunal next year.

Jen unveiled her new line of swimwear in the Myer's summer collection launch in August. The collection included sexy one-piece and two-piece sets in florals, polka dots and the one-shoulder bolero top (pictured).

Tell you what though ladies, we've checked out the rival Caussie brand and the name is where the similarity ends. Nylon budgie smugglers anyone?

Fingers crossed she'll be able to keep the name, but if you have any suggestions for alternatives let us know.
